• You receive a booking confirmation
• Vehicle is checked and readied for transport
• Kleyn ensures the documentation is all in order
• Transport is scheduled
• The vehicle is transported
• You are notified when the vehicle has been loaded
• You are asked to confirm that you are happy with the documentation prepared
• You receive your Bill of Lading or Telex Release
• You collect your new vehicle and are on your way!

Whether you get a Bill of Lading or a Telex Release is dependent on the particular port. The Bill of Lading is the official, physical value document confirming that you are the vehicle's owner. This document enables you to collect your vehicle in the port. A Telex Release is a comparable document but it is sent online. It is increasingly common for you to only need a Telex Release in order to collect your vehicle.In some cases, the other documents that belong to the vehicle will also be sent by DHL, such as the invoice and the vehicle registration number.
